1.What is global warming?
Global warming is a complex phenomenon, and its full-scale impacts are hard to predict far in advance.
2.What is the process involved in the greenhouse effect?
The "greenhouse effect" is the warming that happens when certain gases in Earth's atmosphere trap heat.
3.What signs warn us about global warming?
Melting glaciers, rising sea levels will lead to coastal floodin,; forests, farms and cities.

London cyclists

This extreme cuclist is one of the 65.000 people who took part in the "Mayor of London's Skyride".
London isn't ideal for cyclists. So for the event people could ride their bikes around the capital. Maybe this man wanted to see into the Queen's bedroom as he cycled past Buckingham Palace!

THE WHITE QUEEN
This month, Anne is in the 3-D film Alice in Wonderland. She plays the White Queen in the Disney adaptation of the classic English book by Lewis Carroll.

Anne was born in New York, and wanted to be a nun when she was a child. She has been to the Vatican in Rome, Italy.
Hollywood is very competitive, she is also a vegetarian and does charity work, inspired by her friend Angelina Jolie. The two actresses went to Combodia together. While she was there, Anne realized how lucky she is.

Anne also comes from a privileged family, and thinks that education is very important. She is also a big fan of British actresses Emma Thompson and Kate Winslet.

Summary:
